DO YOU WANT BLEMISH – FREE SKIN? TRY WATER.

Everybody, especially women, want healthy, beautiful and very attractive skin. To achieve this, the markets are flooded with all types of moisturisers and related creams.

These products are mainly cosmetics thus only remain on the surface of the skin, achieving little or no results. Some of these cosmetics may also damage the skin and in turn complicate the blemishes by causing the eruption of more pimples and blemishes. This eruption can be due to a number of factors such as:
  • The blockage of the pores of the skin by some preparations.
  • The irritation of the skin due to the attraction of dust and pollutants by some creams, onto the skin.
  • Irritation of the skin due to the use of harsh creams.
  • Allergic reactions of the skin to certain harsh creams.

Marketers of various skin products are aware of the habitual tendency of women to spend money on cosmetics to enhance their skin. Hence they continue to bombard women with all kinds of preparations with the promise of getting a beautiful skin. This means that one has to continue experimenting with various products until the right one is found.

If you have been spending so much on cosmetics with the aim of getting a healthy skin to no avail, know that you are not alone. There are a lot of women out there too going through the same problem which has even gone a long way to affect their self esteem. However, I want you take heart from today, because there is hope for you, and it costs far less than all the monies you may have spent so far in dealing with a blemished skin.1

The Role of Diet and Water
What you eat goes to your skin through the blood stream. Food for a pretty skin includes fruits and vegetables, lean meat, dairy products, whole grain breads, cereals and WATER! Drink plenty of fluids, because moisture is the key word in complexion beauty. Begin with six glasses of water a day, together with as much additional liquids in the form of pure fruit juices.

The most important thing needed by the skin is moisture from within the body. Nature has a way of moisturizing the skin from within. We can therefore help this process by taking ample amounts of water every day. As we drink more water, the moisture from within will be continuously pushed out of the pores on our skin to form a barrier between our skin and the dust, pollutants and other harmful substances that are attracted to the skin from the air around us.

This barrier formed on the skin’s surface by the water is very important for a healthy skin due to increased environmental pollution, especially in the cities and urban centers. Even though it may not be obvious to us, we are constantly perspiring. This becomes more obvious when our bodies are subjected to higher temperatures or we are more physically active. So Drink up your fluids! Particularly water and watch your skin respond beautifully!
